Gearing up to start Whole 30! 

  

My gym is starting Whole 30 in January. We are doing a 90 day Challenge total. So I plan on January being my Whole 30 month, then 2 months of Paleo. I follow a fairly compliant Paleo diet anyway but find myself having a better diet plan when I’m doing a round of Whole 30. What are your plans to be successful in the New Year??
