Merry Christmas Eve!!!

Hello all and Merry Christmas Eve! So, I’m working today and trying to plan a compliant Paleo Christmas meal. My family typically eats whatever I cook…so, hopefully they will enjoy our sugar free ham, paleo green bean casserole, and paleo banana pudding (my husbands request).

How may people are thinking about starting Whole 30 in January? Every year, you hear people make New Year’s resolutions to lose weight, eat healthier, wanting to be better and feel better. What will your resolutions be for this coming year? Will 2017 be the year that you commit to becoming healthier? I have several New Year’s resolutions for this coming year, this is what I have come up with so far:
1-Complete Whole 30 in January.
2-Paleo for the following 2 months. {Total 90 days of healthier eating, no alcohol} 3-Hit the box a minimum of 4 days a week.
4-Lose 20 pounds.
5-Compete in the Beach Brawl (a local Crossfit competition).
